“Could it be said that you are eager? What might you want to eat? I’ll get somebody to bring food over.”
Brynlee shook her head and behaved like a ruined youngster in his arms. “I need to eat the porridge cooked by
you.”
“Okay.” Terrence squeezed her face affectionately “Sit tight for me, I’ll make it for you at this moment”
He got up when he strolled past Alexa, his delicate grin blurred and was supplanted by a feeling of estrangement.
“Go see the specialist without anyone else. I’ll request that Edwin send you back.”
“It’s fine, ” Alexa said definitively, “I will hang tight for you.”
Since Alexa was so industrious, Brynlee’s eyes out of nowhere turned cold. Her hands concealed under the blanket
firmly squeezed the sheets
“OK.”
Terrence answered apathetically, pushed open the entryway, and left.
Alexa tracked down a seat in the corner and plunked down. She brought down her head and gazed at the jade arm band on
her wrist.
“Terrence is as yet unchanged.”
Brynlee’s voice abruptly floated into Alexa’s ears. Alexa turned upward watchfully and saw that Brynlee was
strolling over.

“Did Terrence give it to you?”
