Still not making it clear enough that he loves her and wants to be with her and I don’t she comprehends it. For someone who is a smart woman, she is being made out to be an idiot by consistently scooting around the bush. I was hoping that they would be able to get back together in early chapters but after 605 chapters of making it clear that it wouldn’t be the case I think it’s best the James makes a play for her and she accepts.

I think this is just the English translation of the original novel. Hoping that this is not like other novels that reach thousand of chapters but just roaming around the bush. As I read the updates, I start to hate Lucian’s character… can’t express himself and can’t fight for his feelings especially when his mother is involved. Hope Roxanne will find happiness in the end with the right man. She deserves to be loved and taken care of after all the pain and difficulties she encountered
