The father and son exchanged eyes. They both looked confident in their
judgement.

smile.
The office fell into a short silence. Before the gloomy atmosphere could be
dissipated, a shrill alarm sounded from the computer. Lucia immediately sat
straight from the couch in shock and looked at Timothy nervously.
He produced a confused look, which was rarely seen, and shook his head. “It’s
not in my range. The Internet Information Department’s alarm does not sound like
that. But the alarm does sound familiar.” His voice stopped abruptly, and, as if he
had thought of something, said nervously, “No! It’s the alarm of Griffith!”
Lucia widened her eyes in shock. She never thought that Griffith’s alarm would
be triggered. What on earth could make Griffith sound
the alarm?
The harsh alarm kept sounding in the office. It sounded like the scream of death,
making everyone disheartened.
August showed an unprecedented cold expression. His fingers moved quickly
across the keyboard.
As the alarm stopped, the screen also went dark. Only intermittent noises and

whereabouts are unknown. We’re trying to break through. Over.” Joshua’s voice
